I don't think Tasky's the *only* villain who does his taxes. Maybe the only one who doesn't lie on his taxes (looking at you, Mr. Fisk), and it's probably a short list (MODOK, Osborn, arguably Lizard since Connors is good when in control), but Tasky's the safest to be around.
