I have to say it. The Heated Rivalry books are solidly okay. Not earth-shattering by any means. 4.25 stars for me for books 1-3. The show, though, amazingggg.

Depression is unpredictable: Isolation, poor hygiene, overeating or not eating at all, constant fatigue, irritability, memory issues, feeling numb, struggling to make decisions, loss of interest in hobbies, & unexplained aches. It’s more than sadness; it’s a daily battle that many fight silently. 🙏🏽

Am I very rare in not really listening to music? I’ll hear songs on Reels or a commercial but I rarely ask out music unless I’m in the car with my kid or need to focus at work.
