I was called 'madam' this evening and it brought me much joy. A rare pleasure as I near 50. I'm agender but AMAB and generally present as neutrally as possible, so I assume it was just my fantastic long hair and nails that confused him. (1/2)

1) Ask your healthcare provider if you can discreetly have your diagnosis/justification for gender dysphoria changed to 'hormonal disorder not otherwise specified', since odds are good the FDA is going to ban gender-affirming care even for adults

I’m at an open mic night. The regular opera singer hasn’t turned up, there was an a capella opera guy, and now someone is doing karaoke of a tricky Shostakovich piece. This is a very strange open mic night. Fascinatingly surreal, especially given the beardy guitar blokes waiting their turn.
