On 3 Sep, the 1st hearing of a climate lawsuit brought by four residents of Pari island against the Swiss cement company Holcim will take place. Holcim is one of the largest contributors to climate change, which is having a dire impact on the plaintiffs.

The hearing will take place on Wednesday in Zug, where the firm is headquartered.

For years, I worked on & studied the war in n. Uganda, where the Lord's Resistance Army would steal children and force them into becoming child soldiers.

It was cruel, sadistic, & criminal.

And so is Russia's theft of Ukrainian boys to fight against Ukraine. It must be investigated and prosecuted.
