Currently working with a Dyson rep to troubleshoot my heater, and it truly pains my heart how frequently they are required to apologize to me when I am simply trying to elaborate on what's gone wrong.
Like it's 20 mintues in to this so far and I'm still getting the scripted "We are so sorry" spiel.
