There is an official 'citizen's petition' system in the EU. There's one open at the moment to ban conversion therapy for LGBT+ people in the EU.

my first day at work yesterday. up at 4.45am and home at 7.05. in bed by 9.30 and pretty sure i was asleep by 11. i’m a chronic terrible sleeper (hi adhd) and normally need a sleep aid, so this is unheard of.

sometimes if I have an ache or pain, i’ll forget that paracetamol and ibuprofen exist, or assume they won’t work, and just suffer through it. but when it eventually dawns on me to try it and it works, it could be 1-2 days later and i’ve been here suffering for no reason 🤷🏻♀️
