Great read from @coltonpouncy.bsky.social about the Lions and Thanksgiving.

In 2008, the Lions went 0-16. The first year I couldn't fly home for Thanksgiving. I watched them lose, 47-10, alone in a shithole apartment and it was the most normal thing about the day.

She is so dumb(and this story has been corroborated my multiple people), when they told her to cross lawns while delivering mail, she drove across them in the mail truck.
Just got cornered by a retired coworker on my route, who is a very nice lady but one of the dumbest people I've ever met. What an absolute painful 5 minutes I just endured.

My current mental stim is the idea of a solar powered gameboy that uses an e-ink screen.

From the cursory googling I've done, this is close to being viable. This proof of concept uses an emulator which increases the power draw compared to the original gameboy.

In the original arcade version of Final Fight, there's a third button whose function is to escape grabs. It's not wired by default in arcade machines, but was left in the game code and can be accessed via emulation. Here, I tested it via MiSTerFPGA. It was probably used by the devs during QA.
