If you are too young to remember the Iraq War, you'll hear "no one protested" and "no one knew they were lying." Millions of people knew they were lying and protested. The press not only did not want a record of mass dissent; they did not want a record of mass knowledge of lies.

So let me get this straight: masks are bad and un-American if worn to fight a pandemic, but good if worn by people claiming to be government agents when they kidnap people off the street

🌈 History Made in Boise!
Boise just became the first city in the nation to officially adopt a Pride flag as a city flag. This isn't just symbolic—it’s a powerful, permanent stand for inclusion and equality.

Interesting that if you shop at Whole Foods, a lot of money is spent making it feel like a place that respects workers and embraces progressive values, but it is not.

Costco just feels like a warehouse but they treat their workers pretty well and has rejected anti-DEI BS

BREAKING: A new Gaza solidarity encampment is being built at Yale, one year after dozens were arrested here. They demand immediate divestment from Israeli weapons manufacturing.

Despite the Trump admin abducting activists like Mahmoud Khalil nationwide, hundreds of are here anyway.

It’s not okay to carelessly spread SARS-CoV-2/COVID—no matter what NPR, the New York Times, or the Atlantic tell you.

Resist forced infection. Refuse to be a link in the chain of transmission. Remind yourself to be a caring, responsible member of your community—especially now.

Masking discourse is on again and I’ll just say if you see people masking when few others are it’s likely because they’ve determined that for them, in that setting, the benefit of not catching (or spreading) whatever’s going around is worth the cost of masking. It’s rarely more complicated than that

Hey look, it’s The Atlantic continuing to marginalize people who don’t want to get infected repeatedly with COVID.

You know, this patronizing story pairs well with new reporting about long-term damage from multiple COVID infections.

There are some Indivisible Protests today?
Here's some things that have worked for me when I decide to protest:
- Don't bring your phone (the police can set up towers to log you were there and hunt you down later)
- Wear a mask and a hat! Make facial recognition hard
- Don't talk to the police.
