Donald Trump is doing a shit job of running the United States and he thinks he’s going to run Venezuela too?

Because Trump attacked Venezuela, he can now be tried in the International Criminal Court in the Hague, even though the US is not a member. Let's see if they have the courage to do so.

That’s right, Congress. Keep letting him do anything he wants, unchecked. Keep showing the country (and the world) what total feckless pussies you are. Well done.

Impeachment is the beginning of accountability, not the end.

It's the most basic duty that a member of Congress has. Each member swears an oath to support and defend the Constitution. If they are not calling for his impeachment, they are violating the oath they swore.

Impeach, convict, remove.

Last year, Trump promised American oil executives “a great deal” if they donated $1 billion to his campaign.

Today, he gave them Venezuela — home to the largest oil reserves in the world.

This new war is not only illegal and reckless; it is deeply corrupt.

That one person can drag us into a war without consulting or even notifying Congress, or our allies, or fully explaining to the American people why this is necessary, is absolutely bonkers.

Reminder that Congress has the power to stop all of this. Where the hell are they?

If we can capture another country's president, can another country come and capture ours? Asking for a friend.

It's an old and obvious pattern. An unpopular president - failing on the economy and losing his grip on power at home - decides to launch a war for regime change abroad.

The American people don’t want to “run” a foreign country while our leaders fail to improve life in this one.

Strange takes on Mayor Zamdani swearing his oath on the Qu’ran. It has nothing to do with church & state. The point of the oath is for the person swearing in to do so upon some text that is sacred TO THEM. Some Presidents swore in w/o any book. John Quincy Adams was sworn on a law book. His choice.
