This "immediate cancellation" violates the law. If the Admin thinks Columbia has violated Title VI by being deliberately indifferent to antisemitic harassment, it has to give Columbia a chance for a hearing first, make findings on the record, & wait 30 days.

Elon laid off 15,000 US Tesla employees in April 2024. Most are being replaced by foreign workers with H-1B visas. Now he has a cheaper workforce, can hold a visa over their heads and demand they work harder and longer hours than the original workers gave.
