it is quite literally the moe throwing barney out of the bar and barney reappearing meme- for every "STOP" text i send, more solicitation texts arrive. i emailed act blue asking them to stop and they claimed they were just the payment platform and had no control over "individual fundraising"

my biggest complaint is that dc/moco/pg/va counties are not their own separate microregion- dc and its suburbs feel distinctly different from baltimore/philly!
