1. Stretch Edu dollars further by getting rid of publicly funded Catholic schools
2. HTA reform (incl. higher fines, income adjusted, with avg speed enforcement through on/off-ramp cams)
3. Give municipalities more taxation/spending levers (control over police budgets, property tax reform)

@joeldryden.bsky.social In my experience pre-clearance is good if you have a US layover. But for a direct flight, it's better *not* to have pre-clearance (ie. YTZ > YYZ for direct flights), because you don't know if the wait to clear will make you late.
