House Judiciary Committee releases on New Years Eve (in an obvious attempt to bury this info) the Jack Smith deposition transcript.

I recommend doing a word search for "proof beyond a reasonable doubt."

And explanation of disenfranchisement of urban areas.

Slam meet dunk.
Question: But the president’s statements that he believed the election was rife with fraud—those are statements protected by the First Amendment, correct?

Smith: Absolutely not. If they are made to target a lawful government function and are made with knowing falsity, then no, they are not.

As you read both the Jack Smith testimony about Trump inciting the Jan 6 terrorist attack and the WSJ report on Trump providing young women to Jeffrey Epstein it reminds us that Donald Trump should right now be in a prison cell--where he would remain for the rest of his unnatural life!

NEW: Jack Smith seemed in total command of the details of his probes and used his deposition to forcefully rebut claims of weaponization and reiterate his belief that Trump was guilty of historic crimes.

Now imagine those words spoken by Special Counsel Smith in a criminal trial.

Damning proof of criminal guilt.
Smith: He was getting calls from people he trusts, people he relies on—and he still refused to come to the aid of the people at the Capitol. That’s very important evidence for criminal intent in our case.

Jack Smith: “Our case was built on, frankly, Republicans who put their allegiance to the country before the party.”

Trump also had a “pattern” of rejecting information that didn’t fit his false narrative.

So is Grenell just going to cry on social media every day because artists want nothing to do with his twisted MAGA perversion of the Kennedy Center? This seems like a great opportunity to showcase MAGA creative and artistic talent. I’m sure they will draw big patriotic crowds.

Biden left Trump the economy that was the ‘Envy of the World’, not just according the ‘The Economist’, but according to the numbers. If Trump had just left it alone he would have looked like a hero to MAGA. But no, tariffs, DOGE, ICE, and just overall destruction.
At first, Trump was going to fix inflation and prices “on day one.” Then it was, ‘Well, by the end of the year ...’ Now it’s maybe never. Because even though Republicans control the entire government, they can’t do anything, don’t cha know.
NEWSMAX: When will Americans start to feel economic progress?

RON JOHNSON: The problem is the Democrats and Biden left so many enormous messes. I can't predict it.

Justice officials felt sure Homan would not be able to obtain a security clearance based on the evidence gathered. It remains unclear how Homan was eventually granted clearance.
