At year end, the dividing line in politics today is defined by dignity. Dignity is something that can't be taken away. It can only be surrendered voluntarily. We saw the most powerful business leaders willing to surrender dignity while everyday Americans stood tall.

SUFS has been around for less than a year, and we're making waves. This year, we've built an activist community, taken collective action to shape policy, grown awareness of science as an urgent political issue, and notched significant wins.

And we're just getting started! standupforscience.net

In a time when information, study, and exploration are limitless, I’m through excusing supposed adults for not being able to make a decision that is based in reality, simply because they’re in some hateful, self-righteous, nationalistic bubble. That’s their fault, not ours.

So much damage done by DOGE - and not to save money or reduce waste but just to do damage!

This latest reporting shows Bondi, Blanche, and others at the DOJ have been lying to the American people about the Epstein files since day one.

The less than 40,000 pages that have been released represent less than 0.01% of all the total documents.

They are hiding something.

Trump spent $40B bailing out Argentina.
USAID *had* a budget of $30-35 Billion prior to the Trump administration eliminating them.

This does not even come close to the level of aid that we were providing to those who were starving and in desperate need around the world.
The U.S. has pledged $2 billion in humanitarian aid to the United Nations as part of a deal that will also overhaul how the U.S. funds foreign aid work going forward. https://to.pbs.org/3YS2q7C

One of the unacknowledged advantages of this awful era is that it's revealing for all to see the putrid connections between great wealth and great power.

The intentions of the oligarchs are fully exposed and more blatant than ever.

But remember: We outnumber the oligarchs.

Biden left Trump the economy that was the ‘Envy of the World’, not just according the ‘The Economist’, but according to the numbers. If Trump had just left it alone he would have looked like a hero to MAGA. But no, tariffs, DOGE, ICE, and just overall destruction.
At first, Trump was going to fix inflation and prices “on day one.” Then it was, ‘Well, by the end of the year ...’ Now it’s maybe never. Because even though Republicans control the entire government, they can’t do anything, don’t cha know.
NEWSMAX: When will Americans start to feel economic progress?

RON JOHNSON: The problem is the Democrats and Biden left so many enormous messes. I can't predict it.

Still mind-blowing that a top admin official was revealed to have taken $50,000 in cash in a paper bag from people looking for government favors, the reaction of the administration was "Whatever losers, this is how it works now" and bigshot news media said "If you say so, we'll forget about it"
Border czar Tom Homan didn't receive a normal background check for his role while his bribery probe was still ongoing:

Justice officials felt sure Homan would not be able to obtain a security clearance based on the evidence gathered. It remains unclear how Homan was eventually granted clearance.

President-elect Trump initially balked at submitting names of likely nominees to the FBI for background checks, a basic step intended to flag possible financial conflicts or ethical problems.

Trump: "I heard that number today -- half of Gaza would leave. I've always said it. I said if they were given the opportunity to live in a better climate, they would move. We're helping the people of Gaza a lot. So is Israel, by the way."
