Israel today moved its bond prospectus approval process to Luxembourg.

It has also not included Ireland as one of the member states where it will sell its war bonds.

There's me installing solar panels, trying to buy more efficient appliances, and turn things off when not in use ... and all the while data centres are using almost as much electricity as every household in Ireland put together (22% v 28%) - and that figure is increasing all the time.
