Correct me if I’m wrong, but the oil in Venezuela is not “light sweet” crude. It’s much thicker, and IIRC most US refineries aren’t setup for that.
Koch Industries do have some refineries that are setup for Venezuela crude oil.

Sixteen or so images/docs have been removed from the searchable online database of the Epstein Files. You can tell because of the break in the number sequence in the filenames.
