Glad people are divesting from Disney+ but I, do wish this had happened on mass due to it's complicity in genocide in the same way people have reacted to the free speech issue. Not that it's not important - but I'm seeing people being more vocal about solidarity with Jimmy Kimmel than with Gaza.

Aw man, Sly Stone and Brian Wilson gone in the same week. Genius gets bandied around a little too much but it wasn't hyperbole for those two. So grateful I got to see them both perform.
He’s a miracle -
That was a movie I watched about a month before I walked into work one day and saw Brian Wilson before a show. That film made me appreciate how huge and triumphant it was to see him out doing what he was doing that day.

This is incredible. The biggest, worst theft I’ve seen so far.
Making any money as a writer is almost impossible these days, but if someone’s dipping into your earnings like this - and almost no writers earn at this level - that’s basically a heist.

They owe me about £75,000 and never made a single one of their scheduled repayments.
My US books are all a sublicense of my Unbound deal, so all US royalties went to them, for them to take a cut and then deliver the rest to me. They collected 18 months from Penguin Random House and gave me $0.
