Here’s the deal: ICE officers shouldn’t be allowed to carry firearms at all. If they find themselves in a potentially violent situation, they should retreat and call the local police to handle it.

Given how easily the entire administration lied about what we could all see on video from Minneapolis, I think we know how it will go if Democrats ever manage to pry incriminating Epstein photos and videos loose from Pam Bondi.

They are slowly gathering more police

Blue states need to make it illegal to cover your face while performing government policing duties.

If they wear a mask they can be arrested on state charges…

You know, like California did. 😎✨

The scale of the unrest now gripping Iran is the largest since the demonstrations of 2009. Some veteran observers reckon the protests are the biggest since the overthrow of the shah 30 years before that econ.st/4qcWIt0

In America you drop your kid off at school, get your brains blown out on the ride home, then the Vice President drops everything for a week to call you a terrorist, to slander your family, to protect the circumstances that led to your death so they can do it again. It is government by Alex Jones.

Ok.

Why is Minnesota’s Department of Natural Resources entangled, here?

Illegal take of ICE agents’ sleep?

Unlawful spotlighting?

Out of season snare drums?

@altfws.altgov.info what do you think?

I don’t think this new angle changed anyone’s mind, because everyone is already dug into their partisan foxholes, but it should very clearly at least show you that she wasn’t trying to run over this officer. That narrative was bullshit.

ICE agent should be charged with murder.

Being in the streets is a signal to your neighbors that they’re not alone. It doesn’t need to be anything more than that.

Trump will not stop the march of fascism because people are marching. But maybe we can make our neighbors less afraid. Maybe we can give decent people hope as it all crumbles.

I’ve seen some understandably desperate hope that MPD or the National Guard would intervene to stop Trump’s thugs. It’s fantasy. Local law enforcement will not protect us from federal law enforcement. They’ll do this:

We evacuated our kids out of Minneapolis this weekend and my spouse reports that as she drove them out of town she saw "multiple freeway exits where people are being pulled over." It feels like the Twin Cities is being subjugated by a hostile occupying force.

Minnesota does not have a state law that requires law enforcement to wear body cameras. And there's no broad federal law that requires federal officers to wear them, there's also no federal law stating they're exempt. Minnesota should fix this asap.

Not a single person in this photo has one.
