I gotta say this one did bang and was a big hit.
Absolutely has ruined looking for recipes, and the stuff that's shared on Facebook is almost hilariously incorrect. Hitting the (cook)books again, and it's been fun. (I saw one recipe for cookies that was basically a pound of flour and sugar each, plus a lemon squeeze, baked at 500 degrees.)

I really hate it when scientists keep saying that “we need to rebuild trust in science,” because it implies that scientists are to blame for the mistrust rather than the millions of dollars of dark money that have funded political attacks on science in order to advance a far right agenda.
