I hate how gut issues have the weirdest co-morbidity symptoms.
But also useful in detecting upcoming problems...
In my case; when my ankles and feet feel like they're inflamed and hurt loads but are not ACTUALLY inflamed means my Crohn's is not far behind to actually act up.
That said. Ow.
