The question if a police shooting is justifiable is just 1 question to ask. 1st: this wasn’t justifiable. But for me the real question is was it inevitable. As police, we must do everything we can to avoid deadly force. Many times the suspect makes it inevitable. Not in this case

Welp, I survived the hardest semester of law school. Barely. B minus and two C plus. Terrible but doable. Civpro was insane. I did say in August this semester would be the one to hurt me. Two murder trials plus work plus life plus I’m lazy. But it’s over. And now it gets good.
