Not to say European countries shouldn’t be doing more on defence, but they are to some extent, and I think the lack of effective action on the information wars is much more concerning.

There’s not much point in boosting your defence capabilities if you don’t accompany that with winning the political debate and robustly countering disinformation and attempts to undermine your democracy.
