Seriously, people need to stop projecting their nationalist fantasies on everyone else. The USA is a genocidal settler colonial state. So is Canada. Just because I’m critiquing one right now doesn’t mean I think the other is awesome. Quite the opposite! Damnit I wrote a whole book about this stuff!
