Look, it’s really not that hard to understand.
If Republicans *wanted* to shut the government down, they would’ve shut it down. They didn’t want to, because they knew they’d (rightfully) be blamed.
There’s no 5-dimensional chess happening here, the Treasonous Ten caved because they’re cowards.

I’m thinking about federal income tax.
If the federal government isn’t meeting its obligations why should we?
Specifically, I’d love to see states get the money first and hold it in trust pending litigation. I want to pay my taxes but not to a government that doesn’t respect the constitution.
