In short: Even though the court ordered discovery based on the likelihood of vindictive and selective prosecution, we don't even need to get into it and you should dismiss the charges now given we just learned the DOJ lied to a judge about Costa Rica not accepting Mr. Abrego.

The lawyers for the Epstein victims know who/what is in the files. Copies are likely in safe places. The victims know who/what is in the file. Other officials over time know who/what is in the file. So, it will be impossible to hide or delete anything no matter how hard they try.
