In 2022, Nadhim Zahawi’s solicitor sent me a libel threat - and said I wasn’t even allowed to say he’d written to me.

The Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal ruled that was improper.

Now he’s appealing.

A 🧵 on why it matters.

The mainstream right wing press is desperate for a race riot.
If you see footage from some of these it's embarrassing how small they are. The one in Southampton looked like 20 people with flags. The Telegraph is trying to whip up division with this sort of reporting.
This is a bit of a atretch/hope: there were 5 protests, with the largest two being up to 300 people, a total of around a thousand or so people.

Good morning! I'm in Uganda to visit family and friends.

But depending on your perspective, don't worry or I'm sorry: I'll be back by the end of the month.

See you soon, NYC.

Fascinating too that the magazines that feature royal stories are always nestled among those that concern themselves with scandal and z list celebrities. Much the same line of "star power"...

Although, at least, the likes of Kerry Katona have worked to get where they are in life.

Wait, so they’re fake files? So why not release them and expose Obama and Comey, Mr. Trump???
REPORTER: Did the attorney general tell you that your name appeared in the Epstein files?

TRUMP: No no. She's given us just a very quick briefing. These files were made up by Comey, Obama, they were made up by the Biden-- we went through years of that with the Russia Russia Russia hoax

The data breach occurred under Boris Johnson. The superinjunction was put in place under Rishi Sunak, who then kept it in place via the Court of Appeal in 2024. Labour ordered a review then lifted the injunction.
Conclusion: it's all Labour’s fault.

Labour's fault.

14 years of fucking up the economy, Brexit and everything from 2010-2024?
