Treadmill run today. 4x1600m with upper body, lower body, ab exercises in between running intervals. Using this as an easy day, been dealing with calf tightness lately.

Training for a 50k. Did a 20 mi run this week, 45 total weekly miles. Probably do 24 as a long run next week with about the same weekly mi. Any thoughts about this for a Dec 7 race?

Personally I think that waiting five minutes to be able to open a PDF on OneDrive is a vast improvement over having instant access to a file stored locally on my laptop’s hard drive
