If only people hated the people who rip them off, who under pay them, who constantly call them lazy, who wouldn't piss on them if they were on fire, as much as they hate people with a different skin shade.

Refugees are human beings. They have mothers and fathers, brothers and sisters. They laugh and cry just like you. They have hopes and dreams and a desire not to live in fear. They have not collapsed your NHS, built no homes or filled your rivers with sewage. You are being conned.

This is fucking grim. Somebody invented a white guy, an "IT professional" named Edward Crabtree, who stopped the Bondi shooting and spread it all over the internet, which was picked up by AI agents and slop aggregation sites.

The real hero is a fruit stand owner named Ahmed el Ahmed.

It is by sheer luck that Russian reckless sabotage has not resulted in a major, uningorable, mass fatal incident in Western Europe.
Quite breathtaking story - military grade drones at Dublin airport which flew on the path Zelensky's plane took. The drones reached the flight path of his plane exactly the time it should have been there, but just missed it because Zelensky arrived ahead of schedule:
Four unidentified military-style drones breached no-fly zone to target Zelenskyy's arrival in Dublin
Gardaí are investigating whether the drones took off from land in Dublin or from an undetected ship.

I speak as a citizen of a country that voted for Boris Johnson but I just don't think my compatriots will send Nigel Farage to the Palace.

He's too divisive. Too unserious. Too dodgy. And, deep down, enough know what a pointless act of unprovoked self-harm Brexit is.
All the losses we’ve faced from Brexit over the past nine years - which turn out to be far more significant than previously?

Start referring to them as Farage Taxes.

What’s happening at the Supreme Court this week is bigger than just one FTC commissioner. The majority seems ready to endorse the “unitary executive” theory, giving Trump the power to purge agency staffers and replace them with loyalists. It’s a frightening prospect we should be paying attention to.
