SO... I'm pretty much done with Fortnite. There were statements made by Tim Sweeney saying that AI usage doesn't need to be disclosed, and then AI usage was found all over this current season- from art to sprays to in-game songs. Between that, and the upcoming shitty wizard collab... Yeah, I'm done.

Dubbing will continue to stagnate until serious time and consideration is given to the pattern of severe undercutting that is prevalent in the industry. Budgets are getting slashed on workers who were already expected to cut corners with low pay. Adapters and translators are your backbone.

Probably gonna have to hide away from general gaming communities for a while because a currently popular game is making me feel absolutely horrible things any time I think about it or see it and it’s really not good for my mental health.
