A little 3I/ATLAS update building on @marshall-eubanks.bsky.social's nice RNAAS from last week. Given its non-grav acceleration and the rate at which it's losing mass, you can work out its size. The answer: a diameter around 1 km, very typical for comets. arxiv.org/abs/2512.18341 🔭 🧪

Such a great film, and an R-rated cut would be hilarious.

Also around about this time was another underrated gem: Mystery Men.
Galaxy Quest - a perfect movie, just a wonderful love letter to actors, sci-fi, Star Trek in particular, and to fandom - really deserves a proper physical release with decent extras. Think Weaver's right that releasing a R-rated cut would be fun, too.

Sigourney Weaver reflected on cult classic Galaxy Quest and how she wishes the sci-fi satire had released an R-rated director's cut.

We commissioned this over a year and a half ago when for some reason no game publication wanted to run it. Granted it took us forever to publish it but we'd like to do more of this. If you would are interested in seeing more writing on insert credit, both goofy and serious, give this a look/share!
Fallout Season 2 starts tomorrow. In true insert credit fashion, we had to find out the answer to the big question on everyone's mind: What level was Lucy by the end of season 1?

Thanks to the hard work of @iantothemax.bsky.social we now have the answer, just in time for her journey to New Vegas.
What is Lucy's level by the end of Fallout (TV)?
[Editor’s note: I commissioned this article from Ian Walker over a year ago upon learning he had pitched it to multiple outlets only to find nobody was buying. I then, due to various circumstances, sa...

We always knew that this was going to be a circus. The only positive that I can see is that the infighting would otherwise have been within Labour.

It's been obvious for years that many social media accounts are foreign trolls. The tragedy has been the utter complacency about it. All an enemy had to do was tinkle a little bell and the dumb doggies would bark away at each other. Why bother with a nuclear arsenal?
