I’m smart and intelligent as fuck and a lot of that has to do with being an elder millennial. School requirements pre internet dependency forced you to expand your mind to various things, views, and thoughts. Our kids are definitely stunted in comparison. An open mind is valuable

I take it one step further and say that a lot of "fitness influencers" are really aesthetic influencers because the behaviors they're pushing are unhealthy, disordered eating as meal prep for example. They are selling you a look which has absolutely nothing to do with fitness or health.
I mix my creatine in my mouth with water. I love fitness.
I am also deeply aware that I’m only allowed to love it bc my body is currently cooperating, and that is not permanent nor the case for everyone.
A *lot* of fitness influencers are lowkey just bullies with favorable genetics.
