nuance though.
wealthy men don’t say that.

AND

although I want someone with their own resources, I actually do—in a committed relationship—want to build something with someone.

I’m not interested in being plopped into the middle a life I didn’t co-design.

No argument from me. I'm not even saying that every man needs full custody to raise them either. It worked best for me, but situations differ. What I am saying, especially pertaining to affection, is that every man can have fuller custody. Involement and responsibility. No participation trophy shit.
I'd argue fatherhood only exists when you're actually raising your children...
Fatherhood is real different when you actually raise your children though.

Hug your kids, man. 'Specially them boys. Not just because our tomorrows ain't promised. To heal and communicate. They can feel love and affection from a hug. You can feel distress or tension from a hug. Hugs are a form of triage. And it's okay if you've never thought about it that way. Start today.

Too many men believe that agreement to participate in a relationship = umbrella consent.
Because there is no consent there at times, just an expectation that they're supposed to accept us groping on them, even if we mean well. It has to be an earned understanding, & a buy-in on both sides. You shouldn't grab on your partner like this UNLESS SHE HAS COMMUNICATED THAT SHE WANTS THAT!

We gon' hug around here. Always. And not that churchy side-hug shit either. Kisses too. Forehead. Cheek. It's happening. Everytime I see my son he knows. Even the shortest visit comes with a side of affection. But it's even more important now that he's an adult.
Well, as kids, period. I think boy children get cut off from hugs and kisses way earlier than we do, which...

This sounds way to close to my actual résumé. 😭
It was all over the place. I was hired to help reopen/manage a cafe that turned to a club with a hotel attached. Hotel had a death so had to make sure it wasn’t haunted…🫠 lots of after random moments after that
