If they eliminate the filibuster, it means national bans on gender affirming care, bathroom bans, a sports ban, gender marker bans, elimination of legal recognition etc. It will make life unlivable for trans people in the US, even in blue states. It's a worst case scenario.

What concerns me is that I hear far more about what rights of mine they're willing to sacrifice and very little about what rights they'll defend
