You see, to save the economy you have to destroy it. Same with the constitution. It all makes sense!

Tesla stock, if it were based on the actual company performance, should be priced at about about 25 dollars today.

The whole DOGE/GOP project is classic case of penny wise and pound foolish.

So - I've actually led Ebola outbreak response at USAID.

This is bunk from Elon. They have laid off most of the experts, they're bankrupting most of the partner orgs, have withdrawn from WHO, and muzzled CDC.

What's left is a fig-leaf effort to cover their asses politically.
Elon Musk: "We will make mistakes. We won't be perfect ... so for example, with USAID, one of the things we accidentally canceled very briefly was ebola prevention."

It's not just that the country is falling to ignorance, it's that a large number of people enjoy being lied to.

NEW — In an alarming email last night reviewed by me, Coast Guard members learned that 1,135 members' direct deposit account routing information was compromised due to a data breach from unauthorized access.

It was only discovered because an officer “reported anomalous activity” on their account.

If Trump were a real strongman he'd just take Elon's money. Oh well I guess he's not that strong.

I wonder why Musk is focused on the federal civilian workforce (4% of the budget) and not federal contractors, which account for 3x more annual spending and are more prone to waste, fraud, and abuse?

Elon is going to Cambridge-analytical this stolen data isn't he.

Do we all need to consider getting new bank account numbers due to Big Balls and Muck having them from our tax returns (and soon probably China and Russia.)

Democrats need to go to war with the press. It worked for Trump. The press likes it and responds favorably to it.

Looks like Musk-rats in Treasury are NOT “read-only,” but can manipulate data, steal data, and leave back doors. Your privacy gone.

Elon Musk is committing a lot of felonies. He belongs in jail, and so do his criminal associates. He may not comprehend that. And if and when he does it may make him more reckless. No assumptions about where we go from here.

I'm liking this guy.
We were just told that they won’t let us in. They are denying entry to 2 dozen members of Congress. Elon Musk has all our private information & we have no idea what he’s doing with it. This is happening completely behind closed doors. HELL NO. It’s illegal. We demand oversight!

Isn't the way to go after Elon through AARP and old folks politics. Let them know their SS#'s are being compromised by a drug addict. Is that not good politics?

Something you may underestimate in IT operations is how fast you can actually do things with a few top engineers and no rules. You can in fact quickly integrate data stores into hacked-together applications and start mining for stuff, not use the ERP interface. This is what DOGE is architected for.
