I occasionally forget the Oz influence on One Piece. The 4 seas being divided in the same way the Lands of Oz are, down to the adventure starting in the East too.

The new Jump+ manga, Delinquent Gacha, has me hooked with the second chapter's introduction of a character so bad at maths they were expelled not only from their school, but their universe.

Do you ever see a clip of a presenter and realise they had some sort of undue influence on the way you talk? I'd already recognised the bits of Danny Baker & Mark Radcliffe I'd absorbed, but saw a clip of Bob Monkhouse and realised his ubiquity on TV must have seeped into my DNA via the cathode tube

Did y'all have toys from stuff you didn't recognize until years later growing up? Like I remember having a figure of a horned wolf from Monster Rancher, which I didn't even know was a thing back then. Or a transforming police car robot I didn't know was from Power Rangers.
