Moving my mom into CCDI care, my cousin gives birth to a girl.
While I wallow the loss of my vibrant mom that dementia took , there is a new soul to get to know.
This move is painful because it’s the last stop. No hope that I get my funny mom back.

My read of it (with very incomplete information) is scoring more political points would have required destroying Thanksgiving travel and at least 10 Dem Senators don’t have the stomach for that.
