Big day! After 17 years I’m winding down my time with kapowinc.com. Starting today I’ll be working directly for Stanford University, continuing the work I’ve been doing on online.stanford.edu & other sites. I’ve also launched Wildwood Digital to continue working with clients like biointeractive.org.

Vibe coding gets the job done, but there's no thrill in the build.

Aaron Rodgers Is All Fucked Up | Defector

Should have listened to Jim.

Super grateful the village plows the alley for us, but the 4-foot high mound of detritus left behind in front of my garage door was a beast.
Finished the first shovel. It's heavy and wet, but at a consistency that makes for a very clean pick without being too heavy. It's a cooperative snow, easy to move around whether you're shoving, piling or lifting. Still, it's enough that you shouldn't wait to do it all at once.

I’ve been waiting a month+ for a new chair for my home office to be delivered. Received yesterday, unpacked and assembled today… and realized it’s the wrong model.

If you haven’t put together an office chair recently, they are NOT intended to be disassembled. Which makes a return… problematic.

THEY FRACTURED JOURNEY
My favorite band when I was in junior high, and I've seen them in concert twice (once with Steve Perry, once with Arnel Pineda), enjoyed them both times, and inasmuch as their setlist hasn't really changed in 40 years, yup, probably a good time to wrap it all up
