Everyone knows about Ahmed al-Ahmad, the Syrian Muslim migrant who took down one gunman. Another man, a Middle Eastern refugee, ran into a firefight and kicked the gun away from the other gunman. I've finally started keeping on weight, I've reached 120 and kept it! Plus I just had round 2 of top surgery so now I'm nice and flat I'm excited to see the results when I heal up. ^_^ way more lucid this time around not as completely zonked out.
