Middle aged woman trying to work out where she stands in this ‘sane’ world.
🏳️‍⚧️🇪🇺🐈‍⬛🦀🏳️‍🌈

Am I ever wrong? Yes, just like everyone else.

Do I have doubts? Yes of course, I wouldn’t trust anyone who didn’t.
I suppose as long as they also don't believe that any government workers should be officially involved in any religious events nor should any religious affiliations be involved in government (like the House of Lords) they would be consistent. . .

I'm guessing they are not though . . . ?
The “Christian” Institute and the “Free Speech” Union really are both hate organisations, aren't they? >>

Christian Institute says government workers should not be officially involved in the ‘profoundly political’ [Pride] events

Hang-on, wasn't she the one who said in a rage earlier in the year that it was 'unacceptable to question the integrity of the judiciary' in response to criticisms of the SC ruling? This is clown-like hypocrisy . . .
Baroness Falkner questions “veracity” of a judge’s judgment.

In a possibly unique statement the immediate former chair of the Equality and Human Rights Commission Baroness Falkner is reported by the BBC as having questioned the ‘veracity’ of the Judgment of the Judge in Peggie v Fife and Upton.

The thing about the media narrative about the Ms Peggie case is if she won so big, why is she considering an appeal?
December 10, 2025 at 3:03 PM
Good riddance to 'The Baroness', she was an inept, unstable and awful leader of the EHRC and an unapologetic transphobe. Her evisceration of any kind of competence or ethics has catastrophically damaged the EHRC, perhaps beyond repair.

ONLY 7 DAYS TO GO BEFORE WE ARE RID OF BARONESS FALKNER!
November 23, 2025 at 9:47 PM
I assume this has been pointed out to death, but why is it that according to JKR, Quidditch - an apparently very physical game - can be played by all sexes at the same time? Surely in accordance with GC lore there would be an 'unfair' advantage somewhere. . . (and that includes all cis athletes). .

Just did a check on if the current YouGov polling was replicated at a GE - through Electoral Calculus, (yes it isn't actually real. . .) and the following people would lose their seats:
Angela Rayner
Liam Byrne
Shabana Mahmood . . .
Jess Philips
James Cleverly
Mel Stride
Ed Milliband

I was warning people not to share this post TWO MONTHS ago and people are STILL sharing it!

Come on now people, you KNOW Streeting REALLY doesn’t want you to keep sharing it widely and at every possible opportunity.
It has come to my attention that many of you have been sharing this photo of Streeting and Mandelson widely.

Please remember that Wes Streeting does not like it being shared widely. So please do not share it widely and on every possible occasion. We wouldn’t want to upset him would we?

This isn't an argument against strikes except to say that things are rubbish but he's promised that he may make things better so the strikers should just accept it. If you are going to go out to bat to push WS for leader please come up with better arguments.

Back in 2019, Deborah Cohen and Hannah Barnes ran an anti-trans 'news' laundering scam using their privileged positions as Newsnight journalists, as well as Deb Cohen's position as an editor at the British Medical Journal (BMJ).

THIS is the real 'scandal' - one about BBC journalists as lobbyists...

Just fed these numbers into EC's seat predictor (with tactical voting); while it still gives Reform a win, the silver lining is that with these numbers both Keir Starmer and Wes Streeting would lose their seats! (KS to the Greens, WS to an independent).
