Pfft. Whatever. If this campaign actually knew what it was doing, they would’ve made the elevator nameplate with capacity legible to me.
Zohran’s videos have reached Prestige TV levels of production value. They KNOW people are going to freeze frame stuff to catch everything so they have to spend the time to add these touches. And then of course people share the inside jokes, which amplifies their reach even further!
1) This is just a fantastic campaign ad.

2) Using Grandpa Simpson's "Tied an Onion to My Belt" rant as the fake Ackman tweet is <Chef's Kiss>

The city's message seems to be: even though you voters voted for more bike/walk/bus stuff, we city bureaucrats can do a lot to block that from happening any time soon!

L.A. is at a breaking point — and truly independent, on-the-ground reporting has never been more important.

We’re raising $25,000 to power urgent coverage of what’s unfolding in our city right now. Your support helps us keep ourselves going.

The violent ones are ICE agents coming into LA, your city, and kidnapping people. The violent ones are LAPD and LASD shooting at peaceful protesters indiscriminately.

If you cared about immigrants, you’d be fighting for them, but instead, you are worried about property damage.
30,000 people showed up across our city to exercise their constitutional right to peaceful protest today — that's powerful.

A curfew is in effect in Downtown Los Angeles to stop bad actors who do not care about immigrants rights.

Get home safe, LA.

I am hearing some, uh, VERY concerning things about the sepulveda line... trying to get more confirmation but it seems there's a chance Metro (presumably Stephanie Wiggins) is trying to wholly spike the project without releasing the EIR

@techconnectify.bsky.social I'm curious to know what percentage of viewers come to your next video via the Subscriptions page. It would be interesting to see if behavior changes between now and then thanks to today's video. Could you share when the time comes?

After an emergency evac in 2023 I learned that "accepts pets" usually means "no cats" (and they *will* turn you away). A Bring Fido search with "cats allowed" checkbox can help but call ahead to validate.
