Yes, all amateur backyard chefs need a flame thrower. It’s a necessary kitchen utensil. 😉 The ham looks dark because I used a brown sugar, cherry glaze and caramelized it in the oven before serving.

Here we go again! At the bottom of the pan are several oranges and some apple juice. The ham has been rubbed with a spicy English mustard and liberally covered with a Texas style pork rub and black pepper. The next two photos are slathered with a spicy cherry, brown sugar, hot honey glaze.

When away for months filming on location I always take the pups with me so they can be on set or in my trailer. When gone less than a week on promo-junkets they stay home w/ family members so they're not alone in a hotel room all day. How can I not to miss Mabel, Trixie (a/k/a Bat-Mite) & Millie?!❤️
