Was reading about witold pilecki, who volunteered for spying in Auschwitz then escaped with photos and evidence that was smuggled to London.

If you run the numbers, and there was an identical planet few to earth few light years away - would we pick up their signals and city lights?
The answer is, currently, no. We would not have the sensitivity to do it unless we got very lucky and knew a certain wave was on the way.
