A lot of people have had their identities collapse over the events of the last few years.
But i haven't. Came close, but held. Largely since i've always been clear on values and simply don't have the cause for self-immolatory neurosis. I don't need to chop off a limb, i need them to keep swinging.

If FIFA made their Peace Prise solely with the intent to give it to Trump... who wins it next year? Would be weird if this was a one-time thing.

Putin thinks he can break us apart, not take on as a group.
Judging by our current state and actions (insufficient support of UA, more talk than action) and the direction we're moving (AfD and such, turmoil from the US betrayal) he's got a chance there.
His delusion is thinking it's not slim.

Yermak’s firing is an odd bit. In the corruption scandal, there really isn’t (public at this point) a bigger implication of Yermak than Zelensky. Purely as responsibility concern it doesn’t make sense for one to go and another to stay.
Maybe something will come out later and this is preemptive.

At least some of the "Account based in" may not indicate the account being a larper. Russian Z account from Africa? A plausible Vagnerite. Etc. People move, travel, start accounts on a whim.
But many are, probably, real fakes and many are very funny.

The Culture protest movement may be the best thing in Lithuanian politics in a while. The messaging, the optics are almost perfect. Not just for a specific thing, but for a general Lithuanian cultural consolidation and revival.

My takeaway from the odd cordiality of the Trump-Mamdani meeting is that Donald is feeling some of the internal politics ground leaving his feet and is trying to find places to grab onto and lean on.
Would also be nice if the Anchorage fiasco memory got refreshed, somehow.
