i will never understand how 77 million Americans thought empowering this was a good idea. our country was so lucky to survive his first term and he's much worse now.
Ask former President Barack Hussein Obama whether or not he really believes that in 2020 Joe Biden got 15 Million more Votes than he did in 2012 (65.9 vs. 81 Million). Additionally, ask him why it is that Joe Biden “beat” Obama in every single Swing State with the Black Vote in 2020, even though Black Voters hate him, but in no other State? When I say the MAGA movement is post-truth, this is the sort of thing I mean. Push blatant lies in advance of an event, see overwhelming evidence that the lies were false, know that others saw it too, but plow ahead with the same lies, opposed to the notion that living in factual reality matters.

#NoKings security folks I spoke with in DC had no news about arrests.
There were lots of babies & kids, people with dogs, elders on scooters or with walkers, & no counterprotestors or militarized police.
Park Police stood watch, but had no crowd control to do.
Snipers above, no shooters.

Remember April 2009 when about 250,000 people took to America’s streets in Tea Party rallies and the media was like “oh man, the Dems are in trouble?” Approximately 28X as many people took to the streets to protest Trump yesterday. Didn’t even make the NYT front page.

In April of 2009 I observed the Tea Party rally in Salem. As this front page story says, there were a couple hundred people there. This past weekend in Salem there were roughly 2-3000 people at the Hands Off rally. Yet the Tea Party coverage seemed to take that event far more seriously.
