Found this defiant clump of snowdrops in our garden today!🌱 Despite the brutal cold of winter they have pushed their way through the damp earth to stand proud and show us there is hope - spring is on the way! 🙌 Hurray! ☺️

Was so disappointed and angry to receive this email yesterday. 'Voluntary Severance Scheme'. I wonder just how 'voluntary' it is in reality. The email just gets worse as it goes on. Dreadful. Appalled by UKC once again. The staff deserve better. The students deserve better.
