unironically this is the kind of basic computer literacy that should be, and i SWEAR used to be, taught as part of k-12 education -- i am PRETTY sure i got taught how to do a lot of this general kind of ui navigation stuff in middle school although it was in ms *works* and not ms office, but still
I remember sitting down to help a colleague finishing her PhD (20+ years ago). I hit control down to get to bottom of column of data and she started crying. Didn’t know you could do that, and when you’re working 100hr weeks to finish those 5min spent holding the down key are painful.

Heads up to artists still using Twitter- Twitter is now adding an "Edit image" button under all images posted on the site that allows everyone to feed it into genAI and modify it as they wish with a prompt
