I live in Wales and today received my Join Us letter from Reform UK, complete with SAE which I posted back to them, immediately, empty. If every other person in Wales did this, Reform would spend over £1.5 million on postage. Not sorry. Join me Cymru.

Devil’s advocate from a UK perspective - now that Tangerine Shitbox has changed his position on the Epstein files, might it be that all this time he’s been using them as a distraction from violent, racist immigration raids, the state of the US economy, his personal enrichment etc etc?

NEW: The first two years of Massachusetts' millionaire tax has raised $3 billion more than expected.

And rather than driving the rich away, IPS researchers found that the number of millionaires has *increased.*

I do miss Twitter for the facility to get an immediate response to complaining about bad customer experience (except effing Virgin Media of course). Feels pointless to complain here about the bag of mostly rotten potatoes that Tesco sold me the other day

Approximately one third of Spotify’s revenue is gross profit, so up to £4 a month of your subscription goes into Ek’s huge investments into AI weapons development. Cancel that sub or you are directly contributing to god knows what future human misery
Spotify is crashing HARD because of the boycott. Their stock dropped 11% in value over the last month. Let’s keep this going!

Tell everyone you know to boycott Spotify. There are plenty of alternatives that don’t run ICE advertisements and screw over artists.

We made it easy at boycottspotify.com.

Please. #Jamaica needs help. People are lost, homeless and pretty desperate. Most of the island has no power and very little telecoms. Some places, especially where #HurricaneMelissa made landfall (as the strongest Atlantic storm ever to do so) look like war zones.

I know. #Jamaica will soon be out of the headlines, replaced by another disaster/crisis. Meanwhile, I am sharing in this post THREE websites/orgs that are urgently seeking donations, after #HurricaneMelissa (the strongest Atlantic storm EVER to make landfall).

Tldr: Ek is investing the enormous profits he makes from exploiting the work of musicians into AI-driven autonomous weapons systems. IMHO this is beyond unacceptable and I suspect an anathema to the vast majority of musicians, certainly those that I know

Absolutely gutted that O2 mobile support has been been rebranded as Virgin Media. Presuming this will come with BM’s attitude to customer “service”
1. spending hours on hold
2. action promised but not taken
3. money taken
4. go to step 1
Tempted to return to Twitter to bitch where they can see it😡

Sergei & the Westminster Spy Ring incredible story really well told. Sergei asks at one point “where were those supposed to guard Britain in all this?” The blatant info warfare, oiled by dirty Russian money with the blessing of the Cameron government beggars belief podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/a...
