Women are the majority of licensed drivers, but the crash test dummy for NHTSA tests is 1978 Hybrid III (5"9', 171lb male). The "female" is smaller w/ a rubber jacket for breasts, tested in the passenger seat or back seat but seldom the driver’s seat.

This is a great thread to understand what’s going on. The judge was exercising her judicial functions and managing her courtroom. Appalling! I hope Courtney’s confidence in the system holds true. It’s looking pretty bad from outside the US.
I have read the complaint here. I believe that a careful reading of the statutes charged here means that even if we believe everything stated in this affidavit (and I do not), the judge is innocent of the charges.
