Well, if the judiciary doesn't do it, I find myself wondering what a pity it is that the the founders failed to cogitate a THIRD branch of government that was, say, co-equal, and also had a role in moderating the impulses of the executive.

Looks like another shitty day on the markets. Pretty sure the strategy of the Trump administration is that it is easier to grow the economy when you start small.
