Hillsborough, Grenfell, Post Office, Windrush, Covid ...

Noticed the pattern?
There's a UK disaster or scandal
The British Establishment cries 'woe is me'
An enquiry is set up
A few serial fraudsters sent to the naughty step
Victims receive a pittance if anything years late
No-one is jailed

If he's scared of Kuenssberg's questioning that says a lot!!!!
🚨 Update on Farage’s no show at high profile interview with Kuenssberg today

A sick note from Reform Chairman Richard Bull arrived saying “Nigel is very poorly” and too sick to discuss Trump threatening UK with tariffs

However he will recover in time to go to Davos tomorrow 🤔
Farage is apparently 'under the weather' today and unable to talk about the US threats to the UK and Europe over Greenland.

Which is unfortunate.

Here’s a handy guide to a personal #USAboycott.
Boycott American brands!
Everyone outside of the USA: boycott American brands if there is a good alternative available. Almost for all products, there are equal or even better options!

Should the #AssistedDyingBill fail, it would not only be devastating for terminally ill people and their families, but would also undermine our democracy – with unelected peers thwarting the clear will of the House of Commons through procedural delay.

Should seven people be able to block a popular law?
After an unprecedented degree of parliamentary scrutiny, the Terminally Ill Adults bill now risks defeat by just seven unelected peers

So the question now is this: who are you going to trust?

Doctors and PhDs who did the research, all specialising in foetal and maternal health?

Or an orange, geriatric former game-show host with multiple criminal convictions who famously struggles to pronounce the word “nuclear”?

Young carers are amazing, but I would be happier if there was enough support for families so that young carers were not needed.
A pleasure to speak at Carers Trust's and the APPG for Young Carers and Young Adult Carers's report launch of our inquiry into barriers faced by young adult carers in accessing higher education, employment or training.

We must do better by them. That's good for them and it's good for the country.

The UK Government is planning to send King Charles to the US to celebrate with Trump. Giving him a royal visit right now sends a terrible message that his behaviour is acceptable. We can stop this if enough of us speak up.
